今日練跑僅以慢速跑了15公里,操場37.5圈。
大腿肌肉量不足,欠缺訓練。
為了完成全馬,
仍須努力。
重量訓練開始執行!
I just finished running 15 km slowly around playground (400m)for 37.5 round.
However, due to insufficient thigh muscle,
I know I need more aerobic weight training for my marathon race.
